Stylish and spacious, STAY serviced apartments were designed with the intent to connect, relax and discover comfortable living.

Residing at the heart of the canal-side development, Hawley Wharf, near Regent’s Park, it is designed for short and long stays, whether it’s private or enterprise clients.

Studio Thirty Three was involved in the complete design selection. We concentrated on apartment furniture, lighting and styling packages. Bespoke furniture needs such as custom joinery and the development of one-of-a-kind bespoke sofa beds were paramount to ensure STAY was like no other serviced apartment provider, safeguarding the exclusivity of the design.

The scale and expanse of this project encompassed a total of 500 apartments (all various sizes) as well as extensive amenity spaces.

The furniture was carefully selected from the UK and Europe, with sustainability and logistics in mind. Additionally, we incorporated furniture with removable elements, allowing for easy refreshing and customisation between tenancies.
