Pols Potten’s Double Arch Stool, carved by hand from a single block of solid dimb wood in a workshop in Senegal.
An arch is cut into each side, so from one angle it is a stool and from another a small side table. It is made for indoors or out, and the wood gains character as it ages.
Thirteen kilos of it. It is not going anywhere.
